Refund Policy

KiboDaily wants you to be happy with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans: if you are not satisfied with KiboDaily Premium, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at kibodailywatersleeptracker@gmail.com and we will help you process the request with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, the related Premium access ends.
Cancellations
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the billing portal inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
This policy supplements Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, which apply to all purchases.
